Home City Housing is a subsidiary of Better Homes, Inc. A Non-Profit Housing Development and Management Company & Greater Springfield Housing Development Corporation

All of the corporations have a central office at 5 Northampton Avenue-Springfield, Massachusetts, a facility shared with Springfield Neighborhood Housing Services. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and to the general public, our office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We provide both walk-in and telephone services to our clients. We have a 24-hour emergency answering service (413) 785-5312.
