Home City Housing Development Corporation is a property management component specializing in affordable housing apartments. Currently, we manage over 500 units of affordable housing, some for our own accounts and others for clients. These units include single to three-family houses as well as multi-family buildings and townhouses.   Home City has a full staff of Property Managers to carry out the day-to-day activities of property management. It uses a computerized property management software system to give detailed financial information to its clients. Since its management work is with many assisted projects, Home City is very familiar with both Federal and State housing programs.
