MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY:
We strongly endorse
good resident selection processes in order to reduce the risk of placing
residents in properties that will negatively impact on the community.

Our
management style attempts to work out problems with residents before
moving to eviction processing, which can be both costly, time consuming
and often times without success. We work closely with other housing
agencies, where appropriate, as well as social services organizations,
attorneys and law enforcement officials. However, we are prepared
to act on matters through the court system when the need arises.
We generally handle cases with our own staff using attorneys only
when the issues are contested and complex.
We believe in maintaining and preserving the physical asset and
therefore it is important to maintain good business practices. We
provide an annual preventive maintenance program designed to catch
maintenance problems before they get out of hand. We are cost conscious
and are constantly seeking the best way to address a given maintenance
problem. Specifically, we provide the following services amongst
