PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
SERVICES:
Property management involves the administration of the
day-to-day business activities that affect a physical asset. It also
includes the leasing activity and personal interaction with residents
living in the community as well as the maintenance of the
property.
| |
The business affairs include the financial, legal, insurance,
personnel and contractual matters for the property. The management
company is the contact between the financing institution and other
services. We gather the information, prepare specifications, seek
bids, analyze the issue, and present it to the owners for final
