The Greater Springfield Housing Development Corporation is a
construction, rehabilitation and maintenance company.
Greater Springfield acts as general contractor for residential rehabilitation work on older housing stock. The
employees of Greater Springfield have many years of experience in the moderate and substantial rehabilitation,
as well as maintenance of residential property. In recent years, this corporation has renovated over 200 individual
units for low income families under the Section-8 moderate rehabilitation, State (MRVP) Mod-Rehab Program, and
the Rental Rehab Program. |
