Home City Housing is a multi-service housing organization that develops, owns and manages multi-family rental properties in the Greater Springfield, Massachusetts area.  We currently own 271 units within the city and manage an additional two hundred units for non-profit developers in Springfield, Holyoke and Northampton.  We also provide technical assistance to non-profit groups to facilitate the development of affordable housing using various federal and state housing assistance programs.

Founded in 1968, Home City Housing is sensitive to the needs of the Greater Springfield community, seeking to improve its housing stock, while serving the needs of vulnerable populations such as mentally ill and chronically homeless persons.  We assist residents with accessing supportive services such as fuel assistance, mediation, case management, and programs for children and families.  The Resident Services Program receives support from the United Way of Pioneer Valley.  www.uwpv.org
